New store in Itzehoe: Elbe Akustik keeps growing

Elbe Akustik is now in Itzehoe too

We are delighted to tell you: since February 2026 Elbe Akustik has been in Itzehoe for you. With our fifth store at Kamper Weg 170 we are extending our network in Schleswig-Holstein and bringing first-class hearing aid provision to the Steinburg district.

Why Itzehoe?

When Jann Clausen and I founded Elbe Akustik a few years ago, our goal was clear: high-quality, personal hearing aid provision for the people of our region. With our stores in Glückstadt, Horst (Holstein), Wedel and Barmstedt we have already been able to support a great many people in Schleswig-Holstein.

Itzehoe was on our wish list from the start. With around 32,000 inhabitants the town is the centre of the Steinburg district and an important hub for people from the whole surrounding area. At the same time, many customers from the region have told us that the journey to Glückstadt or Horst is too far for regular appointments.

Demand for good hearing care in Itzehoe and the surrounding area is large and growing, not least because of demographic change. We want to make sure everyone in our region has access to modern hearing aid provision without a long journey.

Our new store

The store at Kamper Weg 170 in Itzehoe is furnished in a modern and welcoming style. Across a generous floor area we offer:

• A professional hearing test room: with state-of-the-art audiometric equipment for precise results
• A fitting area: a comfortable setting for detailed consultations
• A workshop: on-site repairs and servicing, so you are not without your device for long
• Step-free access: easy to reach and accessible without stairs

The team in Itzehoe

Leon Wölk takes charge of our new store. Leon brings fresh energy and solid expertise. As store manager he is your first point of contact for every question about hearing aids, hearing tests and hearing care.

Jann Clausen and I will of course also be available in Itzehoe regularly. Our promise: the same personal care our customers know and value from our other stores.

• Servicing and support: free cleaning, readjustment and repairs
• Subscription model: hearing aids on a monthly rental, flexible and without a large upfront investment
